"Banbury Waterfront: our most diverse, prestigious and largest project to date"

We are delighted to have teamed up with McLaren and Cherwell District Council to begin construction for the new restaurant and leisure development at Castle Quay Waterfront in Banbury, Oxfordshire.

Our part in this exciting new development is installing a mixture of pile diameters ranging from 300 to 600mm, two contiguous bored pile walls and a sheet piled wall, working on site for 22 weeks.

The programme of construction works will be phased to minimise the impact on the local community, and we will be working closely with the contractor to keep the local community regularly informed. The team is already on site carrying out early preparatory works and will be based in the former BHS unit for the duration of the construction. The build is set to take 100 weeks.

The Castle Quay development will deliver a new restaurant and leisure offering for Banbury, anchored by a new- Lidl superstore, a ten-screen Light Cinema and a 117-bed Premier Inn hotel.

The new development will act as a link between neighbouring sites such as the Spiceball Leisure Centre, The Mill and the exciting Castle Quay shopping centre, improving connectivity within the town centre and ensuring a dynamic evening economy for residents and visitors alike.

Shahrooz Zojaji, All Foundations' Managing Director, said: "This is the most diverse, prestigious and largest project to date for us. To deliver it, we will have to opportunity to work as a team and collaborate with our Client and Consulting Engineers to be able to face the many challenges the project will present.

"Effective planning, problem solving, collaboration and value engineering will be key in delivering this project and our team here have risen to the challenge."
